Red Pepper Salsa
Serves: 8 | Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients and toss together.
- Enjoy with chips or crackers, or use to dress fish or meats.
