Fresh Peppermint Tea
Ingredients
- 3-4 stalks fresh peppermint
- 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
- Boiling water
Instructions:
- Rub peppermint to bruise the leaves. (This releases more of the minty aroma and flavour.)
- Boil water, pour it into a pot with the peppermint, and let the tea steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Optionally add honey, pour into your favourite mug, and enjoy!
